The Gasthaus Mesner is one of the oldest buildings in San Nicolò and was opened in 1864.

After several previous owners and many projects later I, Simon Nikolussicame to the Gasthaus Mesner.

As a former head chef in several 4 and 5-star hotels, I was looking for my next challenge,

which led me to the Mesner in the Ulten Valley. 

Here in this rustic and "homey" restaurant, delight is the top priority.

All dishes are prepared with love. We attach great importance to using regional products

and to get the best out of the original taste of the ingredients.

Everything is paired with passion, which goes into every single dish,
but also in the warm and rustic interior.


A modernised South Tyrolean "Stube" awaits you,
which has been furnished with love for detail and the motto "less is more". 

From there you can also reach the terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the valley or up to the mountains.

Everyone at our restaurant is involved with heart and soul about making every guest's visit the best and most enjoyable.
