New standards. New challenges

It's been more than a year since I, Simon Nikolussi, took over the Gasthaus Mesner.

I originally come from sunny Schenna, where I grew up and have lived my whole life.

But it was time to take on a new challenge and to reinvent
the way
 people enjoy and experience food.

Since the word boredom doesn't exist in my vocabulary, it doesn't exist in my restuarant either,
since there we have a constantly evolving menu.

Which, along with the quaint and evocative atmosphere sets a great standard.

This allows our guests to enjoy the powerful and unique aromas

which are the result of many years of training and experience.
